The PowderMills offers a large range of Conference and Banqueting facilities that cater for every eventuality. We think we have the right mix….and the delegates agree. If you are organising a seminar for 100’s or simply a meeting for a few, our dedicated conference venue should be at the top of your agenda. With the help of our experienced staff, you and your colleagues can have the privacy to get down to business and when the hard work is done, what better place is there than the PowderMills Hotel to sit back and relax?

From the intimacy of the Georgian Room where up to sixteen can be seated for dinner, to the professionally designed and equipped Pavilion, which can easily accommodate a reception for 320. To add to this we are currently in the finishing stages of completing a new conference and banqueting hall. This will accommodate up to 200 delegates, theatre style.

Conference Rates

Day Delegate rate £47.00
Includes tea and coffee on arrival, mid morning and in the afternoon, two course lunch.

24 Hour Delegate rate £150.00
Includes dinner, bed and breakfast, tea and coffee on arrival, mid morning and in the afternoon, two course lunch.
